FORGE Olympic Bench

Where champions press

The FORGE Olympic Bench is built to IPF competition specifications, making it the choice for facilities that train serious lifters. The 1,500 lb weight capacity is achieved through a triple-reinforced 3x3" 11-gauge steel frame with gusseted legs that distribute load to six floor contact points. The 7-position back pad adjusts from -15° decline to 85° military press, with a competition-flat setting that meets the IPF's strict 17.7" pad height requirement. The pad itself is 12" wide with a high-density, closed-cell foam that eliminates slide and provides superior shoulder blade grip. Competition-grade J-hooks with UHMW protective liners cradle the bar silently and prevent knurling damage. The integrated spotter deck puts safety arms at the optimal position for failed reps, while the built-in plate storage keeps the area organized. Every FORGE bench is individually load-tested to 2x its rated capacity before shipping.
