Our founders spent years in India's fitness industry, watching gym owners choose between overpriced imports and underwhelming domestic alternatives. Premium equipment from Europe and the US commanded 3-4x markups by the time it reached Indian buyers. Local options often meant compromising on safety, durability, and aesthetics.
KROVEX was born to bridge that gap. We invested in world-class manufacturing infrastructure, hired engineers from the automotive and aerospace industries, and established quality control processes modelled after ISO 20957 standards — the international benchmark for fitness equipment safety.
Today, KROVEX equipment is engineered and manufactured on Indian soil, delivering the same material quality, precision engineering, and durability you would expect from the global leaders — at a price that makes premium fitness accessible to every serious buyer.

3.0mm Commercial Steel
We use 11-gauge (3.0mm) steel tubing across all commercial frames — the same thickness used in institutional-grade equipment worldwide.
CNC Precision Machining
Critical joints and pivot points are CNC-machined to ±0.05mm tolerances, eliminating play and ensuring smooth motion paths for the life of the machine.
4,000 lb Rated Cables
Aircraft-grade steel cables rated to 4,000 lbs. Nylon-coated for silent operation and tested to 100,000+ cycles before production approval.
120μm Powder Coating
Multi-stage powder coating process: phosphate wash, zinc primer, 120μm powder coat, UV stabilisation. Tested to 1,000 hours salt spray resistance.
ISO 20957 Compliant
Every machine is designed and tested to ISO 20957 — the international standard for stationary training equipment safety.
Sustainable Manufacturing
Water-based cleaning agents, recycled steel content in frames, energy-efficient UV curing, and minimal single-use packaging in our facility.
