11-Gauge Steel Frames
While most manufacturers use 14-gauge (1.9mm) steel, every KROVEX frame uses 11-gauge (3.0mm) — 60% thicker for unmatched rigidity. Laser-cut to ±0.1mm tolerance.
Aircraft-Grade Cables
Our cable machines use 7x19 aircraft-grade steel cables rated to 4,000 lbs with a 4:1 safety factor. These cables will not stretch, fray, or need replacement for the life of the machine.
Robotic Welding
Every joint is MIG-welded by ABB robotic arms with ±0.5mm bead consistency. After welding, each joint is ultrasonic-tested to detect micro-fractures invisible to the naked eye.
Powder-Coat Finish
Multi-stage acid wash, zinc-phosphate pre-treatment, and a 120-micron textured powder coat provides chip, scratch, and corrosion resistance in even high-humidity commercial environments.
